CONSULTING SERVICES

Julia is available as an event management consultant on a broad variety of event management subjects, including curriculum development, event coordination, and risk management for events. She is also available as a Risk Assessment Facilitator for your event, helping you to determine the threats, vulnerabilities, consequences, and strategies specific to your unique event project.

• Consultation and facilitation fees are $1,000 per day plus expenses.

INSTRUCTION DESIGN

Julia is available as a designer and developer of knowledge and training programs for all aspects of event management. A four-time winner of the ISES Esprit Award for Best Industry Contribution for her educational programs, Julia has served as Curriculum Consultant for The George Washington University Event Management Certificate Program and education program consultant for the Professional Convention Management Association; designed the Tourism Learnership Project Event Management Training Program for South Africa; and currently teaches Meeting & Event Risk Management and Meeting & Event Coordination online for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Her programs are designed in accordance with current best practices in Instruction Design, providing quality training that is inclusive, attainable, and learner-centered, including:

Instructional Design fees are quoted on a per-project basis and are based on the scope, complexity, and format required for the training program.
