Needs Assessment

A Needs Assessment is the technique used to define the intention, obligations, audience, and attributes of an event project. It encompasses asking the 5 W’s: WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, and WHY. The answers to the 5 W’s will direct HOW to develop and produce the event.

Audit the event stakeholders to identify the requirements, restrictions, and requests, and then prioritize which aspects, items, and elements are critical for success and which will contribute to success.
