Other Fees |
- My speaking fees typically range between $1,000 to
$3,000 (USD) depending on the level of
customization required, the length of the program,
and the amount of travel time required (outside the US may be
higher).
- Consultation fees are $1,000 per day plus expenses.
- Instructional Design fees are quoted on a
per-project basis and are based on the scope,
complexity, and format required for the training
program.

Expenses |
- Round trip airfare from Albuquerque, New Mexico,
USA.
- Within the continental U.S., I will travel
unrestricted coach/economy (refundable so flight or schedule
changes may be made).
- Outside the continental U.S., First Class,
Business First or Business Class is required.
- If you would like me to handle the travel
arrangements (buy the tickets) I will need to
have the cost of the ticket pre-paid to reserve
the date. If you wish to purchase the tickets (or
you have them sponsored by an airline) I will
need to have the tickets delivered to me at least
one week prior to departure, or a
confirmation/locator number sent to me one week
prior to departure with which I can confirm the
reservation and pre-paid tickets.
- All ground transportation, accommodations, meals, and
gratuities.

Conditions |
- 50% deposit on speaking fees or
estimated consulting or facilitation fees to reserve the date.
- For programs outside the US, 100% of speaking fees or estimated consulting or facilitation fees will be
required to reserve the date.
- +100% of all estimated airline ticket expenses.
- A signed Letter of Agreement.
- Balance of all speaking, consulting or
facilitation fees and expense
reimbursement will be due within 30 days after
engagement.

- How long are your presentations?
I can customize presentations to meet your
needs, from a 30 minute Keynote to two-day
or longer workshops.
- What about
handouts? I will email you a PDF document prior to the engagement from
which you can print handouts or, if more
convenient, I will bring copies with me at basic
reproduction costs.
- How do we proceed?
