Risk Assessment

Know the risks before you take them

Risk assessment is a critical component of risk management, frequently relied upon as evidentiary proof of compliance with best practices, and sometimes mandated by law. Without conducting a risk assessment you have, by default, summarily decided to accept the liability for all risks. This interactive seminar examines  the methods and tools for identifying and analyzing event elements and processes to increase the probability of success and reduce the impact of potential losses.

Learner Objectives

In this session, you will learn how to:

  • Use the procedures and techniques for identifying and analyzing risks

  • Develop the procedures and metrics for prioritizing risks

  • Determine the personnel to be involved in risk assessment activities
